In the spring of 2023, 900+ acres will be added to the central district of Shenandoah National Park. This will open a section of the West Branch Naked Creek that has been on private land for generations. I have no doubt there has to be at least 2 decent sized waterfalls along the west branch. Tanners Ridge Officially Dedicated to Shenandoah National Park
"The lands will be open to the public as part of the National Park but at this time we don’t have any plans for developing trails or things like that,” said SNP Superintendent Pat Kenney.
